• Familiarity with various travel services, such as flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and travel insurance a plus

• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members

• Strong customer service
• Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and bookings simultaneously
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate and error-free bookings

• Ability to quickly and effectively solve problems that may arise during travel arrangements
