Job Details

Work hybrid remote.

Our firm has 85 Attorneys and roughly 100 employees in total.

We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney with commercial / business litigation experience around any of our 3 offices in VA:

1) Richmond (23223)
2) Tysons Corner (22102)
3) Fredericksburg (22401)

We handle a wide range of legal issues in state and federal courts, as well as disputes before administrative and regulatory bodies. This position will allow an associate to engage in all aspects of the litigation and alternative dispute resolution process, work directly with clients, and collaborate with a team on a variety of matters.

We are seeking:

• VA bar
• Commercial / business litigation experience

Bonus points for any of these:

• Construction, real estate, commercial development, land use and zoning
• M&A
• Finance, bankruptcy
• Employment law
