Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, a passion for building, and a commitment to delivering superior workmanship on every project.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and follow blueprints, sketches, and building plans to meet project specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall using hand and power tools.
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, cabinets, countertops, trim, and hardware.
• Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and ceilings, ensuring they are plumb, level, and square.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to complete multi-disciplinary projects.
• Perform repairs, renovations, and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working as a Carpenter in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and sanders.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
