Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Dental billing & Insurance Coordinator with excellent communication skills for our office in the Suwanee/Johns Creek area. We prefer a “people pleaser”. Positive on-going interactions with patients and frequent communication with our referring dental offices. A multi-tasking individual who can easily remain organized without becoming overwhelmed. Welcome all patients with a smile in your voice and a smile on your face and to all who enters our space.
The compensation range is based on experience in treatment planning and insurance/billing. Qualifications
• Bilingual (Spanish, Korean)

• HIPAA

• Case management
• Dental office experience Key elements of the job:
· Familiarity with digital dental software for a paperless office
· Develop best practices to improve cash flow. Claim submission, gather reimbursement data accurately, correctly coding of established treatment plan, and managing reimbursement in a timely fashion.
· Patient education including treatment and insurance presentation.
· Manage the Doctors schedule to achieve a productive work flow and goals.
· Advocate and assist patients with financial arrangements for specialty services.
· Complete pre-authorization and pursue A/R and collections where necessary.
· Handle all treatment consent forms, financial policy forms, and exit statements and/or digital receipts.
· Post insurance payments correctly to patient ledgers.
· Effectively communicate and promote teamwork through cooperative and professional behaviors. Job Type: Full-time
