Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead and optimize our digital marketing strategy across Rockpoint Legal Funding and its affiliated brands including Rockpoint Legal Funding, Rockpoint Probate Funding, and other brands in Personal Injury Law. This role will be responsible for driving paid media performance, SEO strategy, and digital growth to maximize lead generation and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in paid digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), SEO, and performance marketing, with a track record of driving revenue and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a data-driven paid media strategy to optimize Google Ads, Meta, and other digital ad platforms for maximum ROI across all brands.
  • Continuously analyze and adjust campaigns to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies across ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve performance.
  • Manage and oversee digital creative development, ensuring ad visuals, copy, and assets align with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with external agencies or internal teams to scale paid media efforts effectively.
  • Lead and enhance SEO strategy across web properties to drive organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO improvements.
  • Work closely with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
  • Monitor and improve website performance, UX, and technical SEO.
  • Optimize and manage landing pages, ensuring they are conversion-focused and continuously tested for improvements.
  • Oversee the digital marketing roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and drive qualified leads.
  • Manage marketing analytics and deep performance insights, using data to track trends, improve campaign effectiveness, and report key KPIs to the Managing Partner and executive leadership.
  • Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field;
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media and SEO.
  • Proven track record of managing six to seven-figure ad budgets and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid digital platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword strategy, and technical SEO.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other digital analytics tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience in legal, financial services, or related industries is a plus.

Compensation:

$110,000 - $160,000 USD Per Year
