Director - IT Sales and Business Development

Aspire Systems is a global technology services firm serving as a trusted technology partner for our customers. We work with some of the world's most innovative enterprises and independent software vendors, helping them leverage technology and outsourcing in our specific areas of expertise. Our services include Product Engineering, Enterprise Transformation, Independent Testing Services and IT Infrastructure Support services.

Job location: San Jose, CA

Employment Type: Fulltime position with Aspire Systems.

Position Requirements:

1. Experience: 8 – 15 years of Relevant IT services sales experience
2. Focus Markets: US East Coast

Responsibilities:

1. Complete ownership of the End to End Sales cycle.
2. Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
3. Coordinates involvement of company resources, including delivery, support functions, and management team to meet sales performance objectives and customer expectations.
4. Present the complete service offerings to leads and customers.
5. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
6. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
7. Experience of selling services to retail companies (or) selling retail services from oracle, JDA etc. would be big plus.
8. Responsible for understanding Enterprise IT services offerings and competition.
9. Build own pipeline through demand generation & targeted campaigns to Enterprise IT services.
10. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.

4. Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
