Requirements

Highlight of Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils in a timely and organized manner.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dish area and assist with kitchen tasks as needed.
• Support the kitchen team by keeping dishware stocked and ready for use.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment according to safety guidelines.
• Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately and assist in maintaining overall kitchen sanitation.

• Attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Willingness to assist with kitchen prep or other tasks when needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Strong understanding of kitchen sanitation standards, use of dishwashing equipment, back-of-house support needs
• Strong speed and efficiency in cleaning dishes, maintaining cleanliness of work areas, assisting with basic prep work
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds during a shift.
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations is a plus.
• Early Morning Availability Required - applicants must be able to work early morning shifts to support the restaurant's opening hours of 7 a.m. and ensure a seamless start to our breakfast and brunch service.
