Job Description

HR Generalist will need 3 years of experience in an HR role, ADP is the main system they will use, need to be proactive, helpful, have good conflict resolution skills, be comfortable onboarding and enrolling employees in benefits, planning and setting up meetings and coordinating company events Planning and organizing files and meetings The schudule will be Mon-Fri with 2 days working from home

salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

The HR Assistant will help the new hires in the warehouse get onboarding and badges and benefits set up, assist with daily planning, admin duties, benefits coordinating, and planning throughout the day.

2 days can be work from home after 90 days.

May have to handle multiple and difficult personalities, and will report to the HR Generalist
