Job Description

We are seeking an Investor Relations Specialist to play a pivotal role in enhancing investor experiences and fostering relationships with both existing and prospective investors. In this dynamic role, you will support livestream events, promote company activities to attract new investors, and collaborate closely with the Marketing team to execute UFUND Investment’s investor relations strategies. You’ll contribute to building and maintaining strong investor relationships while driving the company’s growth, with opportunities to take on a variety of impactful responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsiveness: Act promptly and work at a fast pace. Be highly responsive to clients, team members, and partners.
  • Multitasking and Organization: Stay on top of tasks, juggle multiple responsibilities, and maintain strong organizational skills.
  • Livestream and Client Engagement: follow up closely with clients, and engage 1-on-1 with inbound leads from. Qualify leads for investment readiness and smoothly hand them off to our internal investment advisors. Be a strong closer with a focus on results.
  • Service Improvements: Proactively identify opportunities to improve services and gather feedback from clients and partners to enhance company efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Client Education: Continuously educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services, and special offers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement investor relations programs, including strategies, operational plans, and budgets.
  • Project Updates: Gather information and provide timely updates and reports on ongoing projects.
  • Investor Events: Assist in planning and coordinating investor events to foster relationships and engagement.
  • Investor Communication: Maintain proactive communication with investors, address inquiries promptly, and strive to exceed expectations.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Re-engage with inactive and previous leads to explore potential opportunities and maintain close follow-up with existing customers.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update Investor Relations checklists and workflow materials to ensure efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A BA/BS degree is required. Preferred fields include Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Investment, Accounting, Public Relations, or related disciplines in the financial industry.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency required—Fluency in Chinese and English required, with strong proficiency in written and verbal communication in both languages, and deep cultural understanding in Chinese.
  • Self-Starter: Demonstrates strong initiative, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent responsiveness.
  • Multitasking: Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and follow-up abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding communication and emotional intelligence
  • Strong consultative sales skills — you know how to ignite desire , not just give information
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or a related role in the financial industry is preferred.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) is a big plus
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to build lasting client relationships and a passion for collaboration.
  • Motivation: Displays a go-getter attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
