Responsibilities:

As the Change Manager you will take ownership of a portfolio of companies undergoing significant transformation initiatives, and play a pivotal role in driving organizational change, fostering innovation, and ensuring successful outcomes for each company within the portfolio. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in change management, a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, and the ability to navigate complex business landscapes.

  • Ownership of the change portfolio, overseeing and coordinating transformation initiatives across multiple companies.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each company's goals, challenges, and culture to tailor change strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that align with the business objectives of each company in the portfolio.
  • Create detailed change plans, considering the unique needs and timelines of each organization.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and employees.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure understanding of the change vision, objectives, and expected benefits.
  • Address concerns, gather feedback, and adjust change plans as needed to ensure successful adoption.
  • Coordinate the design and delivery of training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required for successful transformation.
  • Collaborate with process engineers and trainers to ensure alignment of training programs with overall change objectives.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and internal delivery leads to ensure seamless integration and adoption of enterprise applications.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to address concerns and optimize the use of enterprise applications.

  • A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology
