Plumbing Field Supervisor

As a Plumbing Field Supervisor, you will be joining a reputable HVAC and plumbing company based in Knightdale, NC, serving the greater Raleigh area. You"ll oversee multiple new residential construction projects while leading crews on-site, ensuring high-quality work and maintaining strong communication with clients and team members. The ideal candidate is a licensed, experienced plumber with proven leadership skills and a professional, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities:
- Work up to overseeing 4-5 residential new construction subdivisions (approximately 30 homes per site).
- Supervise and lead a team of 2-5 workers on job sites.
- Maintain professional, face-to-face communication with builders, site managers, and clients.
- Participate in the on-call rotation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and company standards across all projects.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of plumbing industry experience with journeyman and foreman-level responsibilities.
* Active plumbing certification required; NC Plumbing License strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple residential new construction projects simultaneously.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
