Description We're looking for driven, never problems-only solutions, eager-to-learn, and dedicated real estate assistant to be the "left-hand" of the "big picture, visionary" team leader.
This important position allows the team leader to stay focused on top priorities. Your job will be to have daily conversations with leads/past/current clients, schedule & show properties, host Open Houses, attend photo sessions/inspections/final walk-throughs/other appointments, and deliver marketing materials along with other miscellaneous projects.
Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, knows how to navigate systems, committed to learning, has a knack for customer service, is self-disciplined, and a strong work ethic, and is SERIOUS about a career in real estate.
Must be a licensed or in pursuit of a residential realtor license, available 40 hours per week, available to work evenings, and afternoons on the weekends.

Responsibilities •Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, general public, lenders, and attorneys to improve customer satisfaction rating
•Experience in systems such as the MLS, CRMs, Vulcan7, Mojo
•Clear, friendly communication skills with the ability to provide customer service to the general public and lead follow-up
•Familiar with writing Contracts
•Knows how to generate a Comparative Marketing Analysis (CMA)
•Organizational skills to manage scheduled Showings
•Showing properties
•Host Open Houses
•Attend appointments such as photos/inspections, final walk-through
•Deliver marketing materials
•Miscellaneous projects
•Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements
•Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete
•Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching
•Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration
•Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team

•Technical skills: basics of the MLS, Google email/calendar, video conference via Zoom or Google & a customer relationship system (CRM)

•Available evening & 1/2 day on weekends
•Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
•Real estate license preferred
