We’re looking for a motivated, coachable Appointment Setter to join our growing team at Basketball Skills Academy!

About Us:

Basketball Skills Academy helps young players train like professionals through shooting development, basketball IQ training, and film analysis. Founded by a former professional player, we’re on a mission to equip young athletes with the tools to reach their full potential.

About the Role:

As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact with our leads—engaging parents and players via DMs, Instagram comments, and inbound inquiries to qualify them and book discovery calls with our coaching staff.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to new leads within 12 hours
• Conduct discovery conversations via DM (scripts and training provided)
• Qualify leads based on our simple criteria
• Book qualified leads into our calendar
• Track conversations and update CRM daily
• Follow up systematically with open leads

What We’re Looking For:

• College or Professional Basketball Playing/Coaching Experience
• Strong written communication skills (friendly, professional tone)
• Highly organized and responsive
• Comfortable chatting with athletes, parents, and coaches
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet booking goals
• Willingness to be trained in our proven DM frameworks
